These patterns aren’t surface-level — they run deep.

They’re not just habits — they’ve shaped your identity.

And unlearning them isn’t about quick fixes or “self-care hacks.”

It’s a journey. A real one.

The kind with dragons.


Because burnout isn’t just exhaustion.

It’s the fog that makes you second-guess yourself.

The loss of meaning in things that once mattered.

It's the deep pain of feeling like you should be able to handle

this — even when you’re barely hanging on.


And like any epic quest, you’ll be tempted to go it alone.

But here’s the truth: healing from burnout is too big a journey

to do solo.

You’re rewriting beliefs that have ruled your life.

You’re rebuilding your relationship with rest, worth, and self-trust.


When you're navigating treacherous waters, it's not a weakness to

ask for guidance. It's wisdom.

Who I work with
I help hardworking souls recover from burnout, preserve their sanity and get their normal life back.

I offer one-on-one coaching to help you get strategic about your burnout recovery journey - paired with somatic tools to support deep nervous system healing. 
During our time together, I will:

Create safe space

To talk honestly about what you're going through, and guide you through proven
self-care strategies to restore your core routines: sleep, nutrition, exercise, pleasure.
Give empowering tools
To express your true self without shame, guilt or fear of rejection, whether you're in a boardroom or at a family gathering.
We will also set clear boundaries to keep away what drains and destroys you.
Develop recovery plan
To get strategic about your healing journey and
identify and remove the patterns — like people-pleasing, overworking, or perfectionism — that are quietly fueling your burnout.

I use gentle somatic practices (link to read more), mindfulness and science-based meditation to rewrite old coping patterns and heal your nervous system on a deep subconscious level.

The real transformation happens both in our sessions and in the space between them.

Each call is focused, practical, and tailored to move you forward—with clear, challenging next steps that support real change.

In between the calls, you will have all the necessary tools for your daily work.

What you can expect

12 weekly calls with me to work through the real-life challenges of burnout recovery.


I work with the whole person—your emotions, bodily sensations, posture, movement, and breath. Nothing is ignored, and no part of you is left behind.


By working this way, we can effectively rewrite patterns and avoid falling back into old habits.


There is a minimum commitment of 3 months but once that’s over, you can stay with me as long as you like or you can cancel any time.
