Changing countries didn’t save me.
But changing my core beliefs, learning to truly listen to my body, did.
Somatic work became a turning point.

Before coaching full-time, I spent six years training entrepreneurs in stress resilience and self-leadership across the EU through Erasmus+ projects. 
Through the same organisations, I supported people with dyslexia and autism to find their voice in environments that weren’t built for them.

I’ve also taught personal power at sea - as a watch officer aboard a 33-meter historical Tall Ship, helping people navigate the Atlantic and their inner storms.

And for over a decade, I’ve gone deep into Tibetan Buddhist practices. Science-backed meditation, which blends ancient wisdom with modern research, has become my true passion.
