If there is one book that has stayed with me throughout my life, it is All Creatures Great and Small by James Herriot. I return to it often. I admire its warmth, humanity, humility, and deep affection for ordinary people and everyday life. It reminds me that wisdom is often found not in grand theories but in how we meet each other, moment by moment.
My spiritual practice is rooted in Tibetan Buddhism. What draws me to it is the cultivation of clear vision, compassion, and inner strength. Deep reflective meditation has taught me that genuine change rarely comes from force.
More often, it emerges from patient attention, honesty, and a willingness to meet reality as it is.
If you are looking for someone who values depth over speed, curiosity over certainty, and steady cultivation over quick fixes, we may be a good fit.
