You have made significant progress in burnout recovery and got a clear step-by-step recovery plan for moving forward.


You have learnt to work with your emotions, bodily sensations, posture, movement, and breath. Nothing is ignored, and no part of you is left behind.


By working this way, you can effectively rewrite patterns and avoid falling back into old habits.


There is a recommended commitment of 3 months but once that’s over, you can stay with me as long as you like or you can cancel any time.
